Lecture for the University of the Third Age in Mogilany
Yesterday, our staff had the pleasure of visiting the Students of the University of the Third Age in Mogilany. During the meeting, Dr Alicja Śmigielska gave a lecture entitled “Polish Sybiracy in East and Southern Africa. Specifics of Research and the Activity of the Centre for Documentation of Deportations, Expulsions and Resettlements of the UKEN in Krakow”. The Centre’s own film was also presented, which received a positive response. We would like to thank the organisers for their kind reception and look forward to meeting them again!
