Materials from the Center presented during the Remembrance Concert at The Guildhall Museum in Leicester

We are delighted that the Center for Documentation of Deportations, Expulsions, and Resettlements at the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow was able to be part of this extraordinary project!
On November 16, 2025, the Project Polska Association organized a Remembrance Concert at The Guildhall Museum in Leicester, during which the memory of Polish deportees to Siberia living in Leicester, UK, was honored.
The event used materials collected, compiled, and made available online by the Center—excerpts from interviews with Polish deportees to Siberia from Leicester and exhibition panels from the exhibition entitled “Polish Deportees to Siberia in the United Kingdom—Leicester.”
