“Summer at the Kraków Fortress” is over!

The “Summer at the Kraków Fortress” event is over!
We’d like to thank all the participants who visited Fort Skotniki—the Center’s headquarters—today and took part in the team-based outdoor game “Summer at the Kraków Fortress.” There was no shortage of excitement, healthy competition, and good fun, and the prepared tasks allowed participants to learn about the history of the Kraków Fortress in a slightly less obvious way.
We are also delighted by the high level of interest in the curator-led tours of the permanent exhibition titled “Exiled to Siberia: The Fates of Polish Citizens Deported Deep into the Soviet Union During World War II,” on display at the Center’s headquarters.
We extend our special, heartfelt thanks to the students from the Research Club of the Institute of History and Archival Science at the University of the National Education Commission in Kraków for their commitment and support in organizing the event.
Thank you for your large turnout, and we invite you today to visit Fort Skotniki and participate in future events organized by the UKEN Center for the Documentation of Exiles, Expulsions, and Resettlements in Kraków.
